As a highly valued member of our administration team, Santina primarily oversees the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable.
Santina is an integral part of our team, and she is always happy to assist wherever and whenever she is needed. She genuinely enjoys helping people and clearly demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively on a professional level.
When our property managers are unavailable, Santina provides support by answering phone calls and taking enquiries regarding property management and tenancy issues.
Santina holds a real estate certificate and undertakes regular ongoing Continuing Professional Development training to keep her skills up-to-date at all times.
