The Simpson brothers both began in real estate straight after school and together have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Real estate is in their blood and their father only recently retired at 74 years old after almost 60 years as an agent.
Andrew said he’s always had a knack for dealing with people so real estate was a natural move.
“I am able to connect with people quite easily and that’s how I fell into a role in real estate. I began in leasing and property management then made the transition to sales,” he said.
Meanwhile, Michael will not only be a selling principal but also take up the general operations of the business.
The pair pride themselves on their business which has become embedded within the community after more than six decades of operation in the area.
“What we offer is very much a tailored service, we always give it a personal touch and are very approachable. We know how to get a solution and we make sure we give each of our clients the very best service,” Michael said.
“We’re modernised and advanced as a business but we are still the same family business with the same values. We haven’t gone anywhere but we do have access to more technology and resources to best help our clients.”
Ashfield is a tight knit but diverse community. The duo have noticed that while there are still plenty of older generation residents in the area who have been there for decades, the area is also attracting young professionals.
