Nick Calvaruso

Nick Calvaruso is one of the Inner West’s most experienced and long-standing sales agents.

Working with people and in sales has always been in his blood, even before he moved to Australia more than 40 years ago.

He rates strong communication as one of the most important skills for an agent and enjoys building strong relationships not just with his clients but also those in his community which he now calls home.

Nick has extensive experience in both residential and commercial sales having previously worked as a commercial property specialist based in the Sydney CBD.  As a result, he is always looking for opportunities for buyers to secure something to which they can value add.

His negotiation skills are outstanding, as Nick is well aware that to succeed in real estate you must have in-depth knowledge of the local market and the opportunities it can present.

Nick knows how to "close the deal” and is a man of unquestionable integrity who believes that listening is what makes a successful agent.

A resident of the Inner West, Nick is a keen home renovator. He understands what attracts people to the area and the circumstances which ultimately motivate them to entrust him with their most valued asset.
